DESCRIPTION
This course joins the best of the Mastercourse and the best of the Live Surgery Bootcamp in a single and extraordinary experience.
It is carefully designed to dramatically increase your surgical proficiency in the shortest period of time.
It is destined for those who are brave enough to endure 04 days of intensive learning, practicing on models and operating real patients with full time monitoring by Dr. Bernardo and the Full Arch Club Team of experts.

MISSION OBJECTIVE
You will be able to operate and guarantee immediate loading in each and every case presented to you. Failure is not an option.

BRIEFING
Day 01
- Full theory on Full Arch Immediate Loading Surgery
- Surgical Approaches: AO4, AOX, Palatal Approach, Vomer, Trans Sinus, Trans Nasal, Pterygoids and Custom Subperiosteal Implants

This Special Ops has the direct supervision of Dr. Bernardo and his team, that will support you and enter the surgery if needed.
​
For an extra fee, one team of participants can operate a real Custom Subperiosteal Case.
Dr. Bernardo may enter the surgery if required.

DURATION
04 days. You must be deployed in Rio de Janeiro 02 days (02 nights) before the Live Surgery Bootcamp - Special Ops.

PLACE AND ITINERARY
The day before the course, we meet in Rio and we have a private transfer from Rio de Janeiro to the Training Center location (Valença, RJ).
​
During the Special Ops, our headquarters is a wonderful scenic hotel from the Imperial Era (picture below). We have swimming pool, game room, air conditioned, private WC, breakfast, etc.
​
At the end of the Special Ops, on the fouth day, the private transfer brings us back to Rio.
​
You can fly home on that same evening (for flights around midnight) or the next day. We recommend you to stay this last night in Rio, relaxing and recovering from the experience.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED
In this Special Ops, we don't care about your previous experience in full arch surgery. We will teach you everything, from the very basics, to the most reliable solutions for the severely atrophied jaws.

You should, nonetheless, have proven experience in basic implant surgery and basic flap management skills. Below is a checklist that you are supposed to clear before joining this Special Ops.
​
CHECKLIST TO JOIN THE SPECIAL OPS:
Remove impacted teeth (non-horizontal)
Having performed at least 100 simple implant surgeries
Opening a flap for a single implant under 1 minute
Suturing with single knots relatively fast
Having opened a full flap for maxilla and for mandible
Isolating the mental nerve in a standard mandible
Working with local anesthesia for 1,5 hours
Mental toughness, flexibility to adapt and comradery spirit
